[mkgmap-dev] NSIS 64bit installer

May it be some security issue that my nsis installer does not have
rights to write to HKLM/SOFTWARE folder. Can you check if you have
that registry key: HKLM/SOFTWARE/Garmin,
HKLM/SOFTWARE/Wow6432Node/Garmin?
