[mkgmap-dev] gmapsupp visible in Basecamp

Hi

I've now fixed the problems with mdr29 which might have
affected city and street search in maps with more than one
country.

One of the problems was long standing and affects the MapSource style 
index. Its possible that it didn't matter for MapSource though.
