[mkgmap-dev] Change of index-creation in Rev. 2098 ?

Hello Steve,

I mean with Basecamp I couldn't find the correct Friedrichstraße (the 
long street, crossing "Unter den Linden" ).

And on my Oregon 450 I've got the same problem.
