[mkgmap-dev] how to build mkgmap with local ivy copy?

Yes, that's what I'm looking for, and it's working fine. Next problem I run into: mkgmap requires osmpbf-1.1.1, but meanwhile 1.2.1 is released. Is it possible to allow more versions or a range of versions?
