[mkgmap-dev] Using zip files

Thanks Wanmil, I knew it must be simple. I was thrown by the bounds.zip 
file I downloaded from http://mkgmap.osm4people.org/ having a bounds 
directory in it - I assumed I should be able to use it unchanged.
