in some of the new versions of either osm, or pbf extensions , the
routing is now broken , because of the number of ways has reached
32767 espeically from http://download.geofabrik.de/

also now the new version of australia-oceania  is now on a 0x200 and
the tile splitter , now spits the dummy at  xmx700
