Tweaking the areas.list is also not very satisfying as there may be more corrupted lakes and forests which I did not find, yet. And for Saimaa it would be a lot of work as there are very many tile borders to be shifted out of the lake. I really hope that GerdP or someone else can provide a new splitter to handle this problem automatically.
