[mkgmap-dev] R: mkgmap birthday

well also thanks to former developers like Mark Burton, who contributed 
a lot until April 2010... - and helped a lot to make mkgmap the better 
solution compared to cgpsmapper in 2009 (2009 also being the year with 
the most commits so far).
E.g. he implemented most of the autorouting code!
