I've committed r260 to make this work again.
usage 
java -jar splitter.jar --version

Unfortunately, the scripts that build the snapshots are still not correctly
filling the splitter-version.properties
file. Content of splitter-version.properties  in
splitter-problem-list-r259.jar :
