[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r2412: merge the o5m-support branch
From UliBaer ulibaer at gmail.com on Tue Dec 18 07:54:05 GMT 2012
Hello there, first i want to say great work with the new versions of splitter and mkgmap! In the moment i'm using mkgmap r2412 in conjunction with splitter r263 and encounter a problem: Formerly i used the following tool chain: 1) data.pbf -> splitter -> tiles.pbf -> mkgmap -> gmapsupp.img (2.067.628.032 bytes) Then i used o5m for input to splitter to speed things up with the same result: 2) data-o5m -> splitter -> tiles.pbf -> mkgmap -> gmapsupp.img (2.067.628.032 bytes) Last night i tried o5m also for intermediary format to further speed up things: 3) data-o5m -> splitter -> tiles.o5m -> mkgmap -> gmapsupp.img (1.612.251.136 bytes) and a lot of detail is missing? What am i doing wrong, do i miss something? >From 2) to 3) i only changed --output=pbf to --output=o5m, nothing else? Kind regards, Uli -- View this message in context: http://gis.19327.n5.nabble.com/Commit-r2412-merge-the-o5m-support-branch-tp5740691p5740796.html Sent from the Mkgmap Development mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
