[mkgmap-dev] address index broken on GPS (etrex 30) again - only when sent with Mapsource or Mapinstall. Working if gmapsupp.img created by mkgmap.

Very strange, because I did have --latin1 as input in the variable... - it's in the same variable as on mapsetx_mdr.img and mapsetx.img file..... Is actually code-page=1252 still not treated exactly like --latin1??
