[mkgmap-dev] Merging the exits branch?

Hi WanMil

it's fine to me to merge it. I think the option is needed because of the
combination with destination processing and because motorway_junction nodes
are sometimes used on interchanges and not only on exits. Again compliments
for this great feature!
