[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r2461: Merge the mkgmap_exits branch

Hello WanMil,

i get a simple "A391 nach A2" message and then at the junction i get "rechts
auf A2 abbiegen". I expected something like "rechts auf A2 Richtung Berlin
abbiegen"?
