oh. i had hoped for mkgmap to do all the magic from osm data :)

i added --location-autofill , but that didn't seem to help. is there any 
way to tell mkgmap to use source pbf as the bounds source ?

another interesting thing - when searching for cities on nuvi 50, they 
are displayed in "Normal" case... but they are not found unless i search 
for all caps.

for example, i'd see "Riga", but search for "Ri" would find nothing. 
"RI" would find it...
