By the way, what are the requirements for the house to be included to the
index? I mean, what is the minimum set of:
mkgmap:country
mkgmap:region
mkgmap:city
mkgmap:street
mkgmap:housenumber
mkgmap:post_code
mkgmap:phone
other..?

There is nothing about --x- options in the mkgmap help=options, so it is
not strange that people ask about such options. Do not want to look through
the code to see all possible options...
