Great, borders are complete now :-)

One issue left, a lot of country name labels are missing now.

0x014 Bigger countries, only Serbia is rendered, missing: Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Belarus, Hungary, Turkey
0x015 Smaller countries. Most are rendered, a few not (Slovak republik, Kosovo)

In my resolution 14 map all of those names are displayed.
