Sorry, i wrote ambiguous.

Everything works fine, except there is a cosmetic problem with CR/LF.
Every option is descripted in one long line.

The output from mkgmap.jar --help=options has a maximum length of 78
characters.

I don't know, how to create a working diff with changed CR/LF or CR.
