[mkgmap-dev] [PATCH v1] Drop old preprocessed boundary legacy format

Attached patch drops the support for the old boundary legacy format. The 
boundary preprocessor does not create files in this format since April 
2012. I think it's time to drop the support for such old data to 
simplify the code.

@Gerd: Can you please have a short look if I am right that these parts 
are no longer used?
