[mkgmap-dev] Adaptions in style (needed to make good use of) for overview2 branch

Maybe a limit, I have to test different poi types to see if they render.
Or maybe there shouldnt be an overlap between the regular map and the overview map?
levels = 0:24, 1:23, 2:22, 3:20, 4:18
overview-levels = 0:16, 1:14 instead of 0:17 1:15?
