[mkgmap-dev] overview-branch: missing tiles in mapsource

The overview map is Ok, the gmapsupp.img generated by mkgmap is Ok,
too, at least if you copy it directly to the GPS and don't install
it with mapsource.
The tiles are all there in the mapsource directory.
If I look with an hex editor in the *.tdb file, the tiles are
listed there, too. 
Qlandkartegt has no problems to display all tiles, too.
So for whatever reason, MapSource ignores some tiles
and does not show them.
