[mkgmap-dev] overview2 branch

Hi Henning,

I want to identify the overview map itself, not the ovm_*.img work files .
Reg. <id>.ovm: The work files are correct img files, so I think that
we should use the *.img extension to allow double clicks for opening.
(<id>.ovm would require new associations)
