[mkgmap-dev] wiki pages

Hi Gerd,

what's about explaining in the wiki only the basic functions (without 
default things) and in the beginning a short explanation with a link to

https://github.com/openstreetmap/mkgmap/blob/master/resources/help/en/options

Maybe it would also be better to mark options used by default.Actual 
it's pretty hard to find out which options are useddefault.
