[mkgmap-dev] Converting S-57/ENC -> Garmin Format?

Hi,

S-57 is supported by ogr2ogr, Quantum GIS and Gloabal Mapper.
First two are free, you can use them to convert data to shp, which 
should be easy to process further. Global Mapper is commercial software 
and it supports Garmin mp format directly.
