[mkgmap-dev] Weird road speed

Hi WanMil,

I think the problem is StyledConverter.postConvertRules().
This calls e.g. recalcRoadSpeed() which modifies the global instance of the
GType.
In addConvertedWay() the GType instance is copied, but postConvertRules() is
called earlier.
