Hi Johan,

including it at the top of your lines file is enough. This saves some 
CPU because including it twice does not change anything.

In the default style the address file is included in the finalize 
section because none of the rules before the finalize section use the 
address fields. In this case the address rules need to be checked and 
executed only if an element matches an element type definition and not 
for all elements.
