[mkgmap-dev] problem with foot!=

Hi

I discovered a 'unusual' foot tag , ie foot=permissive.

when trying change it to foot=yes, I  my echotags always show me foot=no ,
ie

foot=permissive {set foot=yes}

It appears that foot!=yes is parsed as Boolean ,foot=no - perhaps I'm wrong.

Any way around this?
