[mkgmap-dev] "Grave (RestrictionRelation)" with mkgmap-r3181 and mkgmap-r3182

Hi,

found an error that occurs only when the style uses continue.
This creates a copy of the way, and the reference in the restriction was not
modified. 

Please try again r3183, which is a work around, as the proper solution
needs more coding.
