[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r3259: remove most checks regarding routable/non-routable types.

Hi Andrzej, current implementation applies housenumbers to routable ways only. If I got that right, garmin format would allow to have non-routable ways with housenumber info, but that would be stored in NOD as well.
