[mkgmap-dev] splitter removes multipolygon-tags

Hi Henning,

I tried with the areas.list from your homepage. It is not exactly like
the one you used to produce the log, but I was able to reproduce
the problem.
It is caused by overlapping tiles in this area.
I am now looking for a correction.

please post the areas.list for the planet.I hope I can reproduce the 
problem with a smaller input like Germany .
