[mkgmap-dev] splitter removes multipolygon-tags

Hi Henning, my fault, I always tested with the write-kml option and did not recognize that it doesn't work without. r333 fixes this. Reg. the areas.poly: Please check the log for One or more areas do not exactly fit into the bounding polygon Maybe that helps to find the reason. If not, I'll have a closer look tomorrow.
