[mkgmap-dev] multiple boundary lines

Hi
I've across something interesting when plotting boundaries.

It appears that

boundary=administrative [0x1c resolution 24]

gets plotted 2x

ie I examined the subfile and noticed 2 identical bitstreams at different
offsets, within the same subfile.

Only the lbl pointers are different.

I wonder if this doubling is necessary as it increases the img file?
