[mkgmap-dev] problems with address search in Germany

Hi Bernd,

1) the tag mkgmap:admin_level2 is missing, so 
that seems to be a problem in the bounds file.
2) your style rules in inc/address do not yet use the country-ISO
filter. The default style looks like this now:
# first set the country code
mkgmap:country!=* & mkgmap:admin_level2=* { set
mkgmap:country='${mkgmap:admin_level2}' }
mkgmap:country!=* & addr:country=* { set
mkgmap:country='${addr:country|country-ISO:}' }
mkgmap:country!=* & is_in:country=* { set
mkgmap:country='${is_in:country|country-ISO:}' }
