[mkgmap-dev] FW: --make-opposite-cycleways option

Hi Mike,

the tag mkgmap:road-speed-class is documented in 
d:\mkgmap\doc\styles\internal-tags.txt 
I think it works as documented. Not sure why it breaks
routing when it is not used.
