[mkgmap-dev] roadspeed in default style

Hi Andrzej maxspeedkmh()>120 is what i prefere, too, maxspeedkmh() = * is only for testing the other rules In my style i'm using in lines road_speed=6 for motorways and trunk, with inc/roadspeed it is possible to increase the speed for germany.
