[mkgmap-dev] repeated code for option name-tag-list

Hi programmers,

we have LocatorUtil which evaluates the option and
diverse routines like StyledConverter, LinkDestinationHook,
RelationStyleHook and now also POIGeneratorHook
which seem to do the same to evaluate the name of
an OSM element.
I wonder why we don't evaluate the "name" once 
in ElementSaver?
