[mkgmap-dev] postcodes

Hi Mike, it seems that Garmin software only supports the search for postal codes when house numbers are assigned to the road. While looking at this problem I found one small error in mkgmap which I've now fixed with r3654, but that will not help in your case for node 2327523932.
