Hi Gerd,

You're right, that is not correct. I'm actually not sure how I came up with
that. I think I may have been trying to limit 0x6411 to communication
towers but used landmark=chimney instead of man_made=mast.

In any case, here's my proposal for an updated rule to match all towers:

man_made=tower | man_made=communications_tower | man_made=mast |
man_made=water_tower | landmark=chimney [0x6411 resolution 24]

If somebody wants a different icon for water towers, they can remove
man_made=water_tower and create a separate rule (with TYP icon). What do
you think?
