[mkgmap-dev] Wrong routing in some closed roundabount

Sorry, one correction: In the second figure (rounting is working), where read "Starting and ending nodes don't match a routing node: routes normally", please, disregard the "don't". I mean, starting and ending nodes *match *a routing node.
