[mkgmap-dev] Commit r3687: Remove the forced jdk1.7 target.

Sorry to interrupt, but the "org.eclipse.jdt.core.prefs" are still on Java
1.7, esp. "org.eclipse.jdt.core.compiler.source" and
"org.eclipse.jdt.core.compiler.compliance".

To really use the Java 8 features, both have to be on 1.8.
