I know examples, where you have a roundabout and a street going straight forward: cars have to use the roundabout, and trucks and busses are allowed to go straight through the roundabout in special situations. But then there should be access rules for this. Or the mapper forgot the bridge, since the street is going via a bridge above the roundabout.
