[mkgmap-dev] Adding the gmapi format.

I distribute my gmaps only with a gmap folder and my Mac OS X users never complain.
I normally use family-name for the gmap folder name, I haven't tested the patch yet, can you configure this gmap folder name somehow
(osmmap.gmapi by default)?
