HI Gerd, you are right, the patch should have warned in this scenario. There
was an error in an if statement which I have now corrected. Looking at this
particular example has also led me to add a test for highways overlapping
roundabouts. Please see the updated patch. I note that way 456114715 appears
to have been fixed in OSM today.

pbf file.

The trunk version complains about this and I think that's good, the patched
version doesn't.
