[mkgmap-dev] [Patch v1] nwe special tag mkgmap:residential

Hi Gerd

I've for the time being abandoned the admin_level idea but I'm sure its 
possible - around my area most levels are admin_level 10

I have had various thoughts

1) Some buildings may be more important than others, ie pubs ;) so I've 
been tinkering with excluding them from the residential list -

2) In many ways using a TYP file its very useful to be able to 
distinguish between residential (faint no outline) and non residential 
buildings ( darker with outline)

3) Buildings in industrial / educational areas are still shown, but that 
is not a problem ; I can see a possible use for mkgmap:industrial / 
mkgmap:leisure etc but that may be over the top.

4) Exeter is 'plagued' with buildings and the residential rule seems to 
have excluded them all !
