[mkgmap-dev] if-then-else in style and style options

Hi Andrzej,

I think the current implementation for two (or more) types is not that bad.
It is not yet documented but it should work.

I'll add the docu tomorrow and for me the next step would be the merge to trunk.
In the next step I'd like to rewrite some parts of the style system without changing
functionality.

Hi Gerd,

I knew it couldn't be so easy. I suggest to drop multiple types for now
or at least separate them from if-then-else and style-option features.
These are more valuable for me, I hope you could merge them to trunk, if
we stop adding new ideas.
