[mkgmap-dev] mkgmp r4012 with new --x-dem-dists option

Hi all,
this new option allows to configure multiple DEM levels, see 
http://www.mkgmap.org.uk/websvn/revision.php?repname=mkgmap&rev=4012
for details.

Please suggest a better option or an algorithm to detect useful values.

Next step is to add DEM to the overview map...
