[mkgmap-dev] --gmapi not in parameter list

Hi Henning,

I agree that would be a better default, but I don't want to change it now as some scripts might depend on
the current behaviour.

Hi Gerd,
I was mainly confused because 62340000 and 10050000 both were used. I
would expect if ..number is unset, all files related to overview map are
names 62340000.

Maybe --family-id with 0000 in the end is a better default than 62340000
