[mkgmap-dev] splitter r585 implements new option align-for-dem

Sorry, I forgotten to add this:
It seems the reason is that --polygon-desc-file is not working well any
more. So main reason is, that the map is getting bigger. You can see it
in last mails attached kml-files.
