[mkgmap-dev] Relation type=area

Hi Henning,

no idea. My understanding is that Enrico wants to render the area between the two ways with role upper/lower, 
not the ways.

But it should be possible to handle it by mkgmap style-file. At least
you can copy route-relation tags to ways and it should be similar in
that case. Or am I wrong @Gerd?
