[mkgmap-dev] Need some information about routing

Either this or the extra nodes simply cause the routing algo to stop looking at a possible route. I think the algo prefers a route with fewer
nodes.

Could the extra routing nodes cause a time penalty in the routing
algorithm, in a similar way that 'sharp-angle-fixer' attempts to deal
with?
