[mkgmap-dev] default style improvements

Hi I agree that bad tagging should be fixed in OSM but: 1/ some of the tags you mention here are acceptable 2/ it is a continuous job as some common mis-uses just get repeated 3/ its time-consuming 4/ it may be difficult for a non-local person to know exactly what the highway really is 5/ my intention was to make the default style handle most of what was thrown at it in a sensible way. and, not quite related to your point: 6/ Joris has suggested we should avoid mop-ups (generating a slow routable 0x07 Alley), and I was working towards this but find a large number where mappers have put the road name as the highway tag and I'd rather have these on my map.
